This restorative toner helps repair your skin from long term Sun Damage.
Vitamins E and C work with kojic acid to lighten unwanted age spots, brown spots, freckles and melasma, while licorice and special wheat germ extracts help prevent against further pigmentation.
Does not contain hydroquinone.
