Morning:
Apply Rejuvi L Body Lotion.

Evening:
Apply Rejuvi z Intensive Contour Gel after bathing or showering.
Do not cover with any other product and leave on at least for 6 hours. A thermal blanket or heating pad might be used for better results (optional).
